Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using OpenFutures. OpenFutures is a pre-launch preview. By using the preview, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. The Preview
OpenFutures is in pre-launch preview. All market, account and vault data shown on this site and in the app preview is simulated.
Nothing in the preview places a real order, moves real funds or opens a real position.
We reserve the right to change, suspend or withdraw the preview at any time.
2. Smart Routing & Venues
OpenFutures is not an exchange. It compares price, fees and depth across Binance, Bybit, Hyperliquid, Lighter, Variational and GMX, then routes each order to a venue.
Orders are executed by the venue that receives them, and each venue’s own terms apply to trading there.
You are responsible for reviewing the routing and the venue selected for an order before you place it.
3. Pro & Prop Accounts
Pro trades your own balance. Prop trades capital from the OpenFutures Vault after you pass an evaluation.
An evaluation has an 8% profit target, a 5% daily loss limit, a 10% max loss and a minimum of 5 trading days.
Funded traders keep 80% of profits, with payouts every 14 days. These are preview terms and may change before launch.
4. Evaluation Fees
Each evaluation carries a one-time fee that depends on the account size.
Preview fees are $79 for a $10K account, $149 for $25K, $249 for $50K and $449 for $100K.
Fees and account sizes are preview terms and may change before launch.
5. The Vault
The OpenFutures Vault is permissionless. Anyone can deposit USDC and receive vault shares.
Vault returns reflect evaluation fees, profit share from funded traders and funded losses.
Returns vary and capital is at risk. Any APY shown is illustrative, not a promised return.
6. Risk
Perpetual futures involve leverage and a high risk of loss.
Losses can exceed what you expect, and simulated or past results do not predict future results.
Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice.
7. Acceptable Use
Use the preview lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse engineer it.
Do not present simulated figures from the preview as real trading results.
We may restrict access for anyone who breaches these terms.
